Proverbs 17:16 (NIV)
16 Why should fools have money in hand to buy wisdom,
when they are not able to understand it?
Having money before wisdom is the wrong order. Reason Solomon asked for wisdom and riches simply followed. Giving a poor man money is not always the answer ….they will soon loose it.
